Within us we hold the memories and wisdom of our higher self. Regression Therapy connects you to that wisdom to help you overcome obstacles in your life and live out your highest good.
What is Regression Therapy?
Regression therapy is an experience focused on self-awareness and discovery where you are guided to connect with the wisdom of your higher self, the part of you that remembers everything about your true nature and knows what you need to be aligned with it. In that state of connection, you can ask for help and guidance with whatever is holding you back or preventing you from living a fulfilling life.
What Happens in a Regression?
In a session we first discuss what you would like to work on in order to form the intention we’ll work with.
I will then guide you through a connection process that is similar to a guided meditation so that you reach an expanded state of consciousness connected with your highest self. There we set forth your intention and ask your higher self to guide you to that which will help you accomplish it.
From here there are many possibilities. You may experience scenes from your childhood, either remembered or forgotten, or find yourself recalling your experience in your mother’s womb. You may go further back and re-experience a past life, or even connect with memories of your ancestors. Sometimes instead you find yourself in a dream-like vision, where you may receive important messages or experience symbolic events.
What you experience is determined by the wisdom of your higher self, and so it is always what is most important for you to understand, integrate, and/or heal at that moment in order to reach your highest good. Throughout the process I will be there to support and guide you and to help you reach the understanding and integration that you need to achieve your set intention.
Once we have finished, I will guide you back to your regular state of consciousness and we can spend some time discussing and integrating what you experienced.
How can a Regression Help Me?
A regression can be a powerful tool for working with many different kinds of challenges or for your personal growth and development. Some of the things a regression could help with include:
- Support for physical and mental health and wellbeing
- Working with phobias and fears
- Unblocking areas of your life where you feel like you can’t move forward
- Letting go of limiting beliefs
- Leaving behind habits, patterns and addictions that hold you back
- Addressing difficult or repeating emotional patterns
- Resolving recurring problems in your life or even within your family
- Overcoming challenges in an area of life such as in your career, relationships or family dynamics
- Awakening innate gifts that aren’t fully expressed in the present
- Remembering gifts and talents from the past and bringing them forth into this life
- Understanding your life’s purpose or what is obstructing you from fulfilling it
- Receiving important messages from your higher self, a loved one or your spiritual guides

Important Things to Know Before Booking
The session is done virtually via Google Meet. A session typically lasts anywhere from 2 to 3 hours from start to finish; it is recommended to set aside 3 hours to allow yourself time and space to go through the session without the need to rush.
Some important practical considerations:
- You should connect from a place where you will have privacy and be undisturbed for the duration of the session
- You should have a working webcam so that I can see your face during the session
- Make sure you connect from a strong and stable internet connection and can have your device plugged in during the session
- Connect from a comfortable place, ideally a place where you feel you could take a nap. It can be lying down or reclined.
Frequently Asked Questions
During the session, I guide you into an expanded state of consciousness through which you’ll be able to connect with your higher self and all of the memories, knowledge and wisdom that it holds. These will serve as our guide during the session.
Within this expanded state of consciousness, you will always retain awareness and alertness of your surroundings. You will have control of your body and the awareness to filter what you share if you so desire, as well as the ability to return to your normal state of consciousness at any time if you wish. You will also always be able to remember everything that happened during the session.
This depends on the person and the nature of what is being worked on. Some people will notice an immediate change in their life, while others may notice a gradual and more subtle change over weeks and months. Part of this has to do with how you integrate what comes up in the session; a Regression opens up new possibilities in your life that you can then actively take advantage of over time.
Connecting with a past life is one possibility if your higher self considers it conducive to your intention. If you desire to explore a specific past life that is also possible; if you set that intention and your higher self considers it beneficial, you will likely be able to connect with it and have the opportunity to experience and understand what it is that interests you.
You can still benefit from doing a regression. There are many possibilities for what can come up in a session aside from seeing past lives, and all of them can also help you to achieve your goal. How you set your intention and what you believe in will naturally guide you to what is most beneficial for you.
If you do see scenes from what appears to be a different life, it may be that you are witnessing a story created by the subconscious mind to help you reach understanding and healing. You’re encouraged to take away from your experience whatever makes the most sense to you and helps you find greater peace and clarity in your situation.
Because this method is guided by your higher self and spirit guides rather than by you or me choosing the specific approach we think is best, you will never experience something that you aren’t able to handle. Everything that you experience is always passing through the filter of your higher self that knows what serves your highest good and wants what is best for you. This ensures that you will always access only the memories and information that are most suited for you in this moment.
It is possible to experience something difficult, but if you do it is never something that will hurt you. This only happens if it is important for you to achieve your goal and you have the capability of working with it now. And once you go through the process of understanding and integrating it you will always come out feeling lighter, empowered and more complete.
Almost everyone who desires to is capable of connecting when given proper time, patience, and guidance. The most important thing is to allow yourself to relax and simply receive what comes to you, instead of putting forth effort to perceive or accomplish something. If you have experience with meditation, hypnosis, dreamwork, yoga nidra or similar methodologies that is often useful. But even if you do not, if you are able to release, relax, and let go you will likely find yourself surprised at what you’re capable of.
